We want you to love your LAMPSI purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how our returns process works.
You have 7 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
Underwear, swimwear, and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Sale items (marked 'FINAL SALE') are not eligible for return.
1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason. 2. We will arrange a collection if you're in Accra, or provide a drop-off address. 3. Refund is processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the item.
Refunds are issued through the payment method used for the order within 5 business days of receiving the return.
We can exchange for a different size or colour, subject to stock availability. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
